Who you are
- ๐ค Experience or a strong demonstrated passion for consumer companies, growth hacking methodologies, community building and engagement
- ๐ Data-driven, proficient in analysing data and making informed marketing decisions
- ๐ Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
- ๐งฐ Generalist marketing skillset, inclusive experience of or a strong passion for technical SEO skills
What the job involves
- We want to develop PPC campaigns and organic traffic through SEO search. We have had success primarily in driving student traffic through some basic experimentation; we are now looking to diversify and take this to the next level
- Growth hacking: identify new ways to grow quickly through PPC, SEO and SMM
- ๐จ A/B Testing: utilise these techniques to enhance user acquisition, supported with conversion rate optimisation
- ๐ SEO improvements: build channels to create high-quality organic search traffic and improve the platformโs discoverability
- ๐ Data: monitor our success in running campaigns and iterate our strategy utilising data-driven insights
- ๐ฏ Research: support the identification of our target communities through data-driven research

- Pension: 3% employer contribution, against 5% for employees

- Sabbatical: After every year as quester, you can take 1 week of paid leave in addition to a holiday to pursue a passion project we fund (capped at ยฃ250 per week)
- Remote: One month per year where you can work fully remotely without being present for office hours
