• Growth Strategy & Innovation: You will develop growth strategies that focus on building community, fostering partnerships, and leveraging networks to scale our donor base. This role emphasises sustainable growth rather than reliance on traditional paid advertising
• Data-Driven Insights: You’ll utilise tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, and Customer.io to analyse performance and optimise campaigns. Through A/B testing and other data-driven techniques, you’ll refine tactics to improve donor acquisition and engagement
• Community Engagement: Craft multi-channel acquisition strategies, including content marketing, referral programs, and community outreach to attract and convert donors in different regions
• Enhancing User Experiences: You will collaborate with product and customer success teams to create a seamless experience for donors, fostering engagement and retention while reducing churn
• Creative Growth Approaches: You’ll identify and implement innovative, sustainable methods to grow Shamaazi’s donor base, such as gamification, match-funding models, and community-led campaigns
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and collaboration to drive impactful results
• Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure alignment between growth strategies and broader organisational goals
