Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of complex product initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to influence across multiple product lines and business functions
- Expertise in using ‘growth stack’ tools (i.e., Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
- Strong knowledge of agile development, product strategy, and UX best practices
- Ability to align multiple teams toward a shared vision while maintaining execution excellence
- Fluency in AI-infused Product Management practices (e.g., rapid prototyping using AI tools, incorporating AI aggregated customer feedback into roadmaps, etc.)

- As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you drive the development and execution of product strategies across multiple product lines, balancing long-term planning with tactical execution
- You work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to bring innovative products to market and enhance existing ones
- Your role focuses on defining the product vision, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring that initiatives align with company objectives, delivering measurable business impact

- Launch & Learn. Lead and oversee large-scale product launches, ensuring smooth execution and adoption
- Monitor key performance indicators, identifying insights to drive continuous improvement
- Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and evolving business needs
- Mentor and support developing product team members as they grow in their roles, contributing to the growth of the product management team

Housecall Pro offers an all-in-one business management app for home-services professionals operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping businesses.
The resurgent home services market is expected to be worth well over $1 trillion by 2030. With the vast majority of businesses in the space either small or medium sized, there’s obvious value in backend software to take care of laborious but necessary admin in one place.
After five years as a Board Member, Michael Beaudoin became CEO in 2020 to help lead the company’s expansion. Considering that Beaudoin previously spent 13 years at the helm of highly successful home contractor marketplace HomeAdvisor, this seemed to be a shrewd move.
Indeed, the decision has been validated by the company’s 50% year over year growth since then, coupled with its major fundraising efforts and continued expansion within the US and Canada.
