Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in operations and account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- You can communicate at a professional level of English, Dutch is a plus
- Driving license for our van
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You have affinity with with (electric) scooters and bikes

What the job involves
- We are looking for a driven Junior B2B Operations Associate to help us realize our growth ambitions in these countries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Have daily contact with the field operations team
- Solve customer issues, such as repairs and maintenance
- Maintain fleet ability over 90%
- Submitting insurance claims
- Monitoring maintance tickets
- Organize logistics of vehicles/equipment
- You are responsible for a smooth and correct invoicing process
- Visit clients and internal hubs on a weekly basis
