What the job involves
- As a Product Manager, you will own the execution of the product roadmap, lead large-scale initiatives, and define features for our FX product suite serving regional and community bank clients
- Reporting to the CPO, you will play a critical role in shaping product strategy and ensuring successful delivery across the full product lifecycle
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including engineering, support, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-impact solutions that align with our product vision and organizational objectives
- You will guide the FX product team in delivering differentiated functionality, actively engage with clients and stakeholders, and use market insights to inform prioritization and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate and document the full functional scope and lifecycle of the FX product from client onboarding through payment processing, including reporting requirements
- Identify functional and operational gaps in the product, classify impact of each, and prioritize for the development team
- Work closely with the implementation team to create repeatable processes and innovative tools to expedite client onboarding
- Own and execute the FX product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
- Define product requirements and features grounded in client needs and market trends
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to drive product success
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions
- Assist Sales by demonstrating the product to potential clients and identifying points of friction in the Sales cycle
- Measure product performance and refine strategy to achieve business goals
