Technical Solutions Enablement Engineer, Lambda

• 8+ years total experience
• 5+ years pre-sales engineering experience
• Strong sense of customer advocacy and ownership
• A skilled communicator able to tailor messaging based on target audience and medium
• Experience in one or more of the following: technical writing/documentation, training development and delivery, product (engineering, marketing, or management)
• Self-directed and able to operate with low supervision in highly dynamic environments
• Able to build and maintain relationships across the organization
• Able to drive consensus in complex cross-functional groups

• In this role, you will develop expertise in our emerging technologies, and partner with teams across the company to ensure that our customers and pre-sales organizations have what they need to be successful
• This is a cross-functional role, situated in our Applied AI Engineering group, focused on field and customer enablement in partnership with our Product, Engineering, and Sales Enablement teams
• Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to understand and influence the direction of our emerging products
• Act as an SME for a subset of our portfolio
• Join customer meetings and work with our Solutions Engineers as an overlay/specialist
• Act as the voice of the customer and our customer-facing teams and advocate for their needs with our Product and Engineering teams
• Develop enablement collateral such as reference architecture diagrams, data sheets, and customer-targeted technical presentations for Solutions Engineering
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop customer and sales facing collateral
• Conduct internal training workshops for technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends relevant to your product area
