Head of Sales, Leadtech

• 6-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the fintech, payment orchestration, SaaS, or enterprise tech sectors
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in international markets, particularly in the USA and Europe
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of the payment industry, including payment gateways, PSPs, acquirers, and fraud prevention
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for engaging with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise clients
