Confirmed Product Designer, Spendesk

• 3–5 years of product/UX design experience (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments) with a track record of shipping end‑to‑end features
• A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, polished interaction & visual design, and measurable business/user impact
• Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Principle)
• Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive web/mobile patterns
• Ability to plan and conduct user research, synthesize data, and advocate for evidence‑based decisions
• Excellent communication skills—you can articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders in English (written & verbal)
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with low ego and passion for feedback
• Unrelenting curiosity about technology, culture, and emerging trends—proactively translating insights into innovative product ideas

• Measure & iterate. Define success metrics, partner with Data to track impact, and refine designs post‑launch
