Role
Who you are
- 8 years in marketing design, ideally in tech, SaaS, or B2B environments. Experience in legal or professional services industries is a plus
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Figma, as well as motion graphic and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with HubSpot or WordPress would be a plus
- Ability to balance creative excellence with marketing objectives, translating complex ideas into simple, effective visuals
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices to stakeholders
- Fluency in English is required, French proficiency is a plus

What the job involves
- Jus Mundi is looking for a full-time Senior Marketing/Brand Designer to join our team in Paris, leading the creation of visually impactful marketing campaigns and serving as a brand ambassador to ensure a cohesive, consistent brand presence across all touchpoints
- Develop and maintain visual brand identity across guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all media, multichannel platforms, and our products
- Act as the steward of Jus Mundiās brand identity, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all internal and external communications and teams
- Represent Jus Mundiās brand visually and strategically in collaboration with external partners, including at events and within co-branded initiatives
- Develop high-quality visuals for digital and print campaigns, including websites, social media (both static and animated), email marketing, landing pages, event materials, PowerPoints and ads
- Create design assets that align with Jus Mundiās marketing objectives, ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines
- Partner with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for multi-channel campaigns that resonate with global audiences
- Translate marketing briefs into visually appealing, results-oriented designs
- Collaborate with external freelancers or agencies to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Work closely with Product Design and other teams to ensure seamless integration of visual storytelling across all customer touchpoints
- Stay ahead of design trends and incorporate innovative techniques to make Jus Mundiās campaigns stand out in a competitive legal tech landscape
