What the job involves
- This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career — maybe this is your first role in sales, partnerships, or account management. You don’t need years of experience — what matters most is your mindset: curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in helping others
- You’ll sit at the heart of what we do: building relationships with schools and supporting educators to find meaningful work. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same. One moment you might be helping a school solve a staffing challenge, and the next you’re coaching an educator to succeed in their role
- If you’re excited by the idea of learning quickly, taking ownership early, and making a real-world impact in education — this could be a great fit
- Build and manage relationships with schools and districts
- Help schools find the right educators quickly and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to grow partnerships and introduce new services
- Act as a reliable, responsive point of contact for school stakeholders
- Share feedback and insights with internal teams to improve our product
- Help newly onboarded educators find their first roles quickly
- Check in regularly with educators to ensure they’re happy and supported
- Troubleshoot challenges and find solutions when issues arise
- Coach educators and guide them through training to improve performance
- Balance relationship-building with fast-paced problem solving
- Work across both schools and educators to make great matches happen
- Take ownership of your portfolio and grow it over time
- You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

Zen Educate is focused on tackling the pain points in the industry and providing a way to ensure schools get the best teachers possible.
It provides an online platform as an alternative to recruitment agencies, which is the only online platform accredited by the UK's Department of Education, helping schools fill staffing needs quickly and cost-effectively. Schools using the platform have reportedly saved 20-30% on supply cover costs.
On top of this, the company has also raised significant funding to support acquisitions in the UK and the US, plus the expansion of its operations and offering.
