Partnerships Associate, Blend

• 7+ years of experience creating new growth opportunities in the role of business development, strategy, consulting, or technology

• Ability to think creatively about applying data and technology to solve business problems
• Project management experience and the ability to balance multiple time-sensitive and cross-functional projects

Desirable

• As a member of the Business Development team, you will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing on new partnerships to build long term value across customers and markets
• You will work cross functionally and collaboratively with internal and external parties to solve industry challenges
• Learn and maintain a deep technical understanding of the Blend platform and our customers across mortgage and consumer banking
• Distill a partner’s key business objectives, capabilities, and technical needs to understand areas of value
• Consult with leading industry partners to diagnose complex problems and develop compelling data-driven partnerships and solutions
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus and execute on recommended solutions
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering
