Role
Who you are
- 5+ years demonstrated ability in sales within the financial crime compliance industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the compliance industry, specifically the financial crime compliance sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior World-Check Sales Executive to join our team
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth for our World-Check product by identifying, targeting, and closing sales opportunities with financial institutions, government agencies, and corporate clients!
- As a Senior World-Check Sales Executive, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the compliance industry, specifically the financial crime compliance sector
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their needs and challenges, and to present our solutions effectively
- Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of target organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations
- Present the features and benefits of World-Check to prospective clients, and tailor proposals to meet their specific requirements
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact through to implementation and ongoing support
- Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activity, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and participate in relevant networking activities

It operates as a part of LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), one of the world’s leading providers of financial markets infrastructure, as a marketplace to enable stock brokers and traders to buy and sell stocks, bonds, and other securities.
The London Stock Exchange has lived through a stream of innovations; from telegraph and telephone, to the Market Price Display System, automatic trade matching, and the digitisation of issuer services. In 2019 it acquired Refinitiv, a financial information company, and in doing so became a global financial news and data business.
Most recently, the London Stock Exchange has made moves to support the evolution of private markets, and further build its presence in this space. It partnered with Floww, a platform that connects investors with private companies, with aims to launch a private primary capital raising facility, as well as explore new technologies and secondary market options for the platform.
