- Experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role in tech or fintech environments
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation design, and product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, etc.)
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business and product recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and data teams
- A proactive, curious mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What the job involves
- You will be the engine behind data-informed product decisions at LemFi
- Your primary focus will be analyzing product performance, uncovering insights, and defining metrics that guide the development of features and improve user experiences
- You won’t just be producing reports; you will shape product strategy by turning complex datasets into actionable recommendations, ensuring that every product initiative is grounded in evidence and measurable impact
- Define Success Metrics: Partner with Product Managers to establish KPIs, track performance, and evaluate experiments and feature launches
- Analyse & Recommend: Use data to uncover user insights, conversion trends, and retention patterns that inform product strategy
- Build Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that make product metrics accessible and actionable for stakeholders
- Ensure Data Reliability: Collaborate with engineers and data teams to guarantee accurate event tracking and data capture
- Translate Problems to Insights: Convert ambiguous product questions into clear analytical problems and deliver concise, data-backed recommendations
- Drive Data Culture: Help foster a data-driven mindset across product teams, promoting evidence-based decision-making
