What the job involves
- We are looking for a Member Success Officer to join our Member Success team. The Key is embarking on a journey to embed a Customer Success philosophy into the business; as a Member Success Officer, you will play a critical role in the development and adoption of a Customer Success framework, inputting into and designing how we provide world-class service to our members throughout their time with us
- You will ensure our members receive the best possible experience throughout their membership journey by providing valuable engagement at each lifecycle stage from onboarding, through to renewal
- You will be accountable for retention and up-sell of other services in order to increase the lifetime value of your accounts, working closely with our Business Development Team and Support Team
- You will be part of the wider Customer Success and Support team and be accountable for the entire post-sale relationship of approximately 300 accounts ultimately ensuring members renew with us
