Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in leading solutions delivery or project management teams, particularly in the tech or SaaS space
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale solution implementations, preferably with automation, AI, or enterprise software solutions
- 8 years + of experience in solutions delivery, technical consultancy, or a similar role
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a great plus), with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with automation platforms, AI, and intelligent process automation is highly desirable
What the job involves
- As the Head of Solutions Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end delivery of our innovative solutions to clients globally
- You will manage and scale a high-performing team while ensuring seamless implementation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
- Your leadership will drive the success of large-scale projects, helping clients achieve their business goals through cutting-edge automation and AI technology
- Lead the Solutions Delivery team, ensuring timely, high-quality implementation of our solutions for clients
- Define and optimize delivery processes, continuously improving performance and client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align on customer requirements and deliverables
- Oversee the onboarding and support of clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing support
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client accounts
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track
- Drive team development, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management for the Solutions Delivery team
- Analyze client feedback and collaborate with the product team to inform future development and innovation
- Ensure all solutions are delivered in compliance with agreed terms, technical requirements, and budget constraints
Our take
Internal processes and grunt work can drain time for any tech business, amounting to what is known as “digital assembly lines” which can waste the talents of employees. This is why many start-ups are dedicating their resources to simplifying and automating these processes. DeepOpinion is one of these companies, developing no-code, API-first, and AI-native platforms that automate processes that would otherwise have to be done manually.
Based in Munich and Austria, DeepOpinion builds text and document workflows that require no code to administer. Its software is also compatible with a range of pre-existing tools, making integration far easier for client companies as large as Nestle, Markel, and Siemens.
With a wealth of large enterprise clients, DeepOpinion had made large strides before its 2 million euros in seed funding was announced in 2022. Moving forward, DeepOpinion is using its funding to expand its product portfolio and grow its central Europe base out to the USA and the UAE.
