Who you are

You have worked as a systems integration engineer for at least 5 years
You have demonstrable production grade experience with:
Scripting languages (Python & JavaScript) and ideally C# or Java
Integration platforms (Zapier, Microsoft Logic Apps & Power Automate, Mulesoft)
AWS Lambdas, Azure Functions or Google Cloud Functions
Infrastructure As Code (Terraform)
Designing and managing APIs and/or using API gateways (e.g. Apiary)
OAuth2 / OIDC & SAML authentication & authorisation flows and platforms (Okta, Auth0, Amazon Cognito)
Automating, extending (using code) and monitoring CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot)
Marketing platforms (Marketo, Hubspot)
Setting up and managing environments and CI/CD pipelines for the above
You have designed and built business platforms that are ISO27K/SOC2, PCI-DSS or GDPR (or equivalent) certified
You are results-focused and able to clearly demonstrate success via proven metrics
You are apt at building working relationships across the business to facilitate the accomplishment of goals, leverage learning and share best practice
You deliver presentations clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas

What the job involves

Design and deliver a best-in-class business platform bridging our CRM, finance, marketing automation and visitor registration systems
Representing a high performing, T-shaped systems integration practice, work alongside DevOps and Data peers in cross-functional teams supporting different Hyve portfolios
Assess new technologies, build POCs and measure their success against desired outcomes
Design, implement and review code and configuration changes in our business systems integrations
With input from our Data Protection Officer, identify and fill regulatory gaps across all our systems and regions
