Role
Who you are
- 3-5+ years of experience in channel enablement, sales enablement or customer-facing training and development
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, education, or a related field
- Technically adept in translating complex products and solutions
- Strong understanding of the sales process, channel management and partner ecosystems
- Ability to distinguish between customer and partner value propositions and create content focused on what’s in it for the partner
- Proven track record of designing, implementing and managing successful training programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation abilities, as well as a talent for fostering strong interpersonal relations
- Passion for emerging markets, the EV space and associated trends
What the job involves
- Reports To Sr. Director, Channel and Segment Marketing
- In this role, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our value-added resellers and distribution partners on ChargePoint product solutions and segments
- Create, build and manage programs and training courses that align with business priorities
- Scope the complete set of content required to ensure a deep understanding of ChargePoint products, services and value propositions
- Deliver engaging training programs for channel and partner sales reps
- Familiar with and can utilize a wide variety of training channels/modalities to achieve training and business objectives, including digital/online modules, live training and snackable learnings
- Present training materials using a variety of instructional techniques, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, presentations, videos, podcasts and other creative techniques
- Collaborates with various teams, such as Channel Sales, Marketing, Product Lifecycle Managers and Product Marketing, to determine training priorities, gather information and set goals
- Create and maintain an annual Channel training calendar

Electric vehicles are predicted to account for nearly 30% of new vehicle sales by 2025, which means the need for EV charging infrastructure is on the rise. ChargePoint supplies just such infrastructure, with hardware, software and mobile solutions for "every charging need".
Boasting the world’s largest EV charging network, the company also provides complimentary services for drivers, businesses and fleets. These include, for example, a mobile app for finding and paying for charging, and project management tools for making the switch to EVs.
Having already established a strong presence in the lucrative and expanding EV charging market, ChargePoint is well-positioned to support the electric mobility revolution. It serves a range of clients across North America and Europe, including Wells Fargo which it partnered to create financing solutions for EV infrastructure. November 2025 saw funds secured that will support its goal of reaching profitability in the near future.
