Role

Who you are

  • 1-3 years of Sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a result-oriented mindset
  • Strong people skills: You like to get on the phone and solve customer problems
  • An independent but highly cooperative way of working
  • A drive to solve problems once you have identified them
  • Fluent German (C1 minimum) and English skills

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an ambitious mid-level Account Executive (m/f/x) full-time for our B2B Team hybridly in Berlin
  • Prospect and build pipelines and strong relationships with clients in your book of business
  • Leverage your network and be an advocate for circular economy and sustainable business practices
  • Expand existing and develop new relationships with current accounts to grow the business
  • Assist clients with consultative sales and guide them through the order process
  • Educate clients on the value of renting tech with Grover Business
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota expectations
  • Collect feedback from your clients on new products and features, help shape the roadmap for Grover Business

Purchasing tech items like mobile phones and laptops can be cost-heavy and are not always affordable. People often have to plan around such purchases; the costs are unavoidable as they represent essential investments. Furthermore, the life cycle of products usually begins and ends with one user, which is not always optimized for sustainability.

Grover tackles these existing issues by offering a subscription service to tech products where customers can rent products on a rolling monthly basis. Through its flexible approach, the company aims to reach a wide target audience by increasing access to tech products as well as maximizing the value of these items by reducing waste and increasing their circulation.

Originally founded in Berlin, Grover has expanded its services to America, helping it achieve a 354% Year On Year growth. In 2022, the company opened a Miami headquarters, expanded its US team, and achieved 5.9 million visitors to its website. All of this combined signals the company's ripeness for expansion.
