Who you are

Minimum 5 years of experience managing major Enterprise Accounts with Group references, preferably major car rental companies
Need to be as comfortable speaking to various client stakeholders, including Department Leads, Executives, Field Teams, and Technical Leadership/Teams
Able to build and expand relationships with client growth by listening to client needs and identifying other opportunities
Through training, you will be given insight into best practices that will leverage and drive customer performance
Business, Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor's degree
Microsoft and or Google doc, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience
Possess an in-depth understanding of the Automotive, Dealership, Fleet Management, and Logistics landscape

What the job involves

The Enterprise Account Manager will be the link between UVeye and one or more car rentals to ensure all their needs are being met and satisfied with the relationship and services being provided
The car rental account manager constantly work to brainstorm new ways to maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients and look for ways to expand the partnership/relationship
Serving as the main point of contact for our car rental client(s) and establishing and developing long-lasting, reliable relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions
Acting as liaison between our clients and our internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
Identify opportunities on a regular basis for additional deployments or development opportunities with our clients and build action plans to complete
Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units
Monitor and improve the status and health of the customer relationship; including client feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness
Measure, monitor, and influence customer targets and strategies, and complete monthly and/or quarterly business reviews
Assist customers with maximizing the value that they receive from the products and the relationship overall. Monitor internal sentiment, offer and provide platform education and training on an as-needed basis
Travel to customer locations to support onboarding and system training activities
Other projects as assigned

Our take

UVeye has developed contact-free vehicle inspection systems that leverage AI, ML, and computer vision to swiftly detect faults and abnormalities in vehicles. It’s a broadening out of UVeye’s original remit, which was inspection devices for military and police organizations - although sensitive security facilities like embassies and power plants still make up a critical part of UVeye’s business.

This pivot provided a real shot in the arm for UVeye, especially for its US expansion where it struck gold in the automotive sector. Healthy funding has now come from major players like Toyota Tsusho, Hyundai Motors and Volvo, and the latter has committed to a long-term contract to install the tech in all its North American dealerships.

UVeye is astutely doubling down on its penetration into the $100B+ US automotive industry through flirting with expansions into the insurance sector - it’s partnered, for example, with W.R. Berkley. Insurance tech in this region is throwing itself into data-led digital transformation, and a system that allows UVeye to explore this kind of partnership alongside lucrative manufacturing and defense contracts makes for a very promising position indeed.
