Who you are

Willing to get stuck in, with a very ‘hands-on' approach and work autonomously
Experience building and shipping native apps with React Native, whether as a side project or at work
Care deeply about solving customer problems, instead of focusing on the specific technologies to do so

What the job involves

Build the native apps, working with the rest of the team to identify the best elements of our tech stack
Write resilient code that will be continuously tested, deployed and be performant at scale
Collaborate with the rest of the team in the design of UI / UX features, APIs, marketing integrations etc and execute experiments
Debug complex production issues at speed and Identify and fix security vulnerabilities
Work directly with the founders and report to the CTO. We'll collaboratively set your goals and then mostly get out of your way while you work with the team, our customers, our partners, and our advisors
Setting and discussing sprint goals with other members of the cross-functional team (e.g. product, marketing)

2. Technical interview (60 mins): We'll deep dive into your technical experience, talk about projects you've worked on and talk through a system you've designed and built
3. Behavioural interview (60 mins): We want to learn more about how you work, we'll ask your questions that relate against our principles
4. Offer. We promise to make a decision within 48 hours

Earnr are setting out to change this for the 12 million+ people in the UK who run a sole trader business. They enable their customers to track their incomings and outgoings, classify their transactions, and automate their tax in an all-in-one app.

Founded in 2020, their first product targets side hustlers, micro businesses, and part-time creators. They are VC backed, with investors including 7% Ventures, FJ Labs, and Antler.
