Sales Manager, Simple Pharma

• Experience in selling / marketing to Dutch physicians
• Passion for engaging with people
• Ability to build relationships over the phone and in person
• Excellent communication skills (incl. Dutch language skills)

• Ability to work as a team
• Genuine interest in growing a men’s health platform
• Willingness to travel (when necessary – we estimate much of the role can be completed remotely)

Desirable

• Leverage CRM tools and work with the General Manager to prioritise engagement with known stakeholders in your area (e.g., KOLs, endocrinologists, urologists)
• Send emails to and call specialists and nurses in order to answer questions, provide support for their treatment decision making, and to build relationships
• Deliver key product briefs (virtually or in clinics) and share supporting materials
• Develop a clear understanding of the treatment decision-making journey of physicians and identify clear messages to address any pain-points
• Deepen relationships with key patient advocacy groups across the Netherlands
• Work with the Global marketing team to engage in events and share messages that position Androlabs as a leading partner for men’s health professionals and patients
• Work with General Manager to explore tender applications for Testavan (as relevant)
• Maintain a clear set of objectives and KPIs
• Record and share learnings and insights so that each process and interaction can be more effective than the last
