What the job involves
- As a Business Development Associate (SDR/BDR), you will have the opportunity to grow with our company, combining the best of the scale-up and tech worlds. You will start within an international and dynamic team whose mission is to find innovative ways to acquire new clients
- Simultaneously, you will work with experienced managers in your region on strategic account development, project acquisition, and gain industry-specific knowledge
- Develop new innovative strategies for acquiring new clients for Malt France
- Develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact with decision-makers and our sales team in various sectors
- Experiment with new content, channels, and tools to progressively improve our client approach
- Define outreach strategy guidelines and run centralized and individualized BDR outreach projects, applying a structured process to elevate lead generation at Malt
- Identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and prospect via various channels
- Stay updated on trending topics in various industries and have a passion for researching relevant companies and contacts
- Develop and communicate best practices within the team to ensure dynamic knowledge exchange
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from the French and international teams, embodying our strong team spirit
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development, Marketing, BI, and Sales Operations departments to achieve your goals

- 2. Interview with your future manager, Sebastien, to discuss your experience and how it aligns with this role. (45-60 minutes)
- 3. Case study to assess your technical skills. (45-60 minutes)
- 4. Final interview with a senior executive to discuss Malt's long-term vision. (30-45 minutes)
