What the job involves
- The Senior Data Analyst will be focused on quality assurance of release analytics projects, data monitoring, mentoring and training other analysts
- This is a high impact role as the team directly contributes to the tv industries adoption of alternative currency
- Mentor, train, and operate as a technical subject matter expert and thought leader for junior and mid-level analysts
- Understand, inside and out, all data streams collected, calculated, and attributed by iSpot
- Coordinate and lead testing efforts with other analysts. Design and implement testing plans for features, methodology updates and net-new products. Build risk assessments, impact analyses and test-plan reviews as part of effort
- Build data monitoring and test automation tools using either Python or Java. Conduct peer reviews on other team members’ code and provide feedback to junior and mid-level analysts’ SQL and Java/Python code
- Conduct root cause analyses and investigate production data issues while collaborating with other teams
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
- Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team and product stakeholders
- Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
- Track quality assurance metrics, such as number of issues and test coverage, and report status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency

New streaming platforms and CTV provide novel data, with great potential to improve advertising engagement. However, information such as how many times an ad was aired and watched, whether viewers were captivated, and how relevant it is to their viewing preferences can still be difficult to access.
iSpot provides an ad measurement platform for TV, streaming platforms, and DSPs, allowing businesses to measure the success of their marketing campaigns in real time. The platform provides information such as brand recognition, purchase intent, likeability, and audience relevance, allowing businesses to benchmark this information against competitors.
Whilst other marketing platforms tackle similar obstacles, iSpot uniquely categorizes its data into insights that are easily understood and actioned. The company has ensured that its services are integrated with other 300 major streaming platforms and DSPs, futureproofing itself for the new wave of TV viewers, and in 2026 launched an agentic AI platform to augment its offering.
