Who you are
- 10+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS sales (Experience with Microsoft preferred)
- Experience closing 6-7 figure deals within Fortune 100/500
- Experience engaging at the Executive level across an Enterprise
- Experience navigating complex technical discussions with IT at various levels
- Ability to implement our value-selling methodology
- Experience working with cross functional teams
What the job involves
- WalkMe is looking for an experienced and motivated Account Executive to manage sale cycles to ensure WalkMe's continued growth
- As a Named Account Executive at WalkMe, you'll report to the Director of Sales and seek new logos and cultivate highly strategic accounts
- You'll use Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn and other applications to run your sales process from introduction to close
- You will partner with our Sales Engineering, Account Management, and BDR teams, among others
- WalkMe Account Executives lead a consultative sales cycle, based on Value-Selling, across multiple partners and departments within each client
- Strategic Account Executive....will cultivate existing accounts across WalkMe's Named Account segment
- Manage sales activity and forecasting of revenue in SalesForce.com
- Manage the entire sales process from introduction to close over the phone
- Work with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives at Enterprise accounts
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quarterly quota based on annual targets
- Identify and close new sales opportunities within targeted accounts as well existing customers
- Present WalkMe solutions using a value-selling approach and methodology

With more companies than ever undergoing this process, a product that provides some transparency regarding the efficacy of their digital transformation efforts is a smart market proposition. The market opportunity is significant, and global too, and with more of its 2,000+ corporate customers signing up for large contracts WalkMe is cashing in on its strong position.
Following a successful IPO in mid-2021, WalkMe has continued on a strong and steady track, with 35 million users in 42+ countries. An acquisition by German software giant SAP for an estimated $1.5 billion occurred in 2024 and will see WalkMe's workflow execution software improve the buyer's user adoption and engagement.
