Senior Sales Development Representative, Unibuddy

• You have previous experience in a prospecting sales role - we’re thinking at least 6-12 months+
• You want to help us experiment and build a better way using your experience working in SaaS or technology
• You’re super confident communicating with a wide range of customers

Desirable

• Outbound prospecting to qualify leads through a high volume of calls, emails, social media, and other channels
• Develop expert-level knowledge of your territories within Europe and cultivate relationships with decision-makers across multiple Universities
• Collaborate with Customer Success to build and execute our cross-sell strategy of the Unibuddy Community product to existing customers
• Take ownership of mapping your territories, building personalised region-specific cadences, and executing pipeline strategy - meeting and exceeding ambitious targets
• Collaborate directly with the marketing team, leveraging campaigns to aid in outbound reach out and proactively share feedback from prospective customers
• Attend in-person and virtual events, and develop personal relationships with customers and prospects
• Understand the needs and structure of European universities and how our products help solve their recruitment, enrollment, and student engagement challenges
• Develop and implement prospecting strategies
• Stretch - in 6-12 months you’ll start to take customers through demonstrations of our products to close new business
