Senior Sales Development Representative, Companiions

• Min. of 12 months 360° sales experience (hunting to closing) in a B2B environment where you demonstrated excellence
• 1-2+ years of experience in making and exceeding quota - ideally you have consistently over-achieved on your targets and been a top performer
• Able to take a strategic and structured approach to identify new business opportunities, engaging internal and client stakeholders, and closing deals
• An ambitious self-starter who wants to progress their sales career at an early-stage company full of amazing talent and with a global vision
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Effective closer: Take a thoughtful, diligent and direct approach to sales, optimizing your own sales process to become a highly effective closer across different persona types
