Customer Experience Associate, Magic Spoon

• Entry Level; however 0-1 years of customer service experience in E-commerce strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; intuitive to brand voice and approach customers with empathy and clarity
• Excellent time-management, interpersonal and multitasking abilities
• Tech savvy and able to learn multiple systems and processes
• Ability to occasionally work non-standard business hours that may include evenings until 8PM, weekends, and holidays
• A true team player, excited to contribute to a fast growing company and department

• We are seeking an enthusiastic addition to the Customer Experience team to help deliver best-in class customer assistance across all things cereal
• You’ll help ensure a positive and frictionless relationship with our customers and help track insights for our whole team, while working in a fun and dynamic team environment
• Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail and SMS, and any other channels we bring on in the future in a timely and enthusiastic manner
• Apply tags and macros to customer tickets to build robust data
• Coordinate with Operations, Social, Growth, and all departments to report on customer trends from the front lines
• Assist with order placements, refunds, and edits and other operations
• Identify and communicate opportunities for efficiency, new processes, and to surprise and delight our customers
• Work closely with your team to find solutions together and support each other's growth
• This is a full time, in-person/hybrid role (2-3 days in office per week) based in NYC
