Who you are

Recent grad (0–2 years) from a notable university
No real-estate background needed. We’ll teach you the industry in two weeks; what we can’t teach is speed of learning
AI-native: you already run your work and life through AI tools. You don’t “use ChatGPT sometimes,” you build workflows with it. You’ll be asked to show this concretely in the interview
Excellent written English; comfortable on the phone and in-person
Self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity. There is no playbook
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required

What the job involves

Own the supply side: build prospect lists of property-management companies and owner-operators, run outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls, industry events), and get properties onto UnitPulse
Sell across the product family: open doors with “we bring you renters, you pay only at lease signing,” then attach Aiden for communities that need marketing firepower
Co-build the sales playbook with the founders from scratch: ICP, messaging, sequences, demo script, CRM setup, pipeline metrics. What works becomes the system, and you write the system
Use AI aggressively in everything: prospect research, personalization at scale, call prep, follow-ups. We build AI products; our sales motion should look like one. You’ll have best-in-class AI tooling and a mandate to automate your own job
Own partner success early on: make sure a property’s first month with us lands, and turn early wins into case studies

Our take

After experiencing tedious rental processes as an international student, Donghao Li founded Tripalink to elevate renters’ experiences by leveraging technology. The residential brand has since added standard apartments to its property portfolio, opening up a new market to serve working professionals and families.

Tripalink has been profitable since the year it was founded and has continued to grow its revenue. It has also become a successful housing developer, building upon thoroughly researched housing preferences, and targeting centrally located areas that will see greater appreciation with time, a model that has proven attractive to developing partners.

The youth-focused, co-living rental brand has expanded across the United States, managing and developing properties in Tucson, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and LA. Tripalink continues to enhance its technology ecosystem and accelerate market expansion across new cities.
