Who you are
- An effective communicator, with polished written communication skills being essential for customer-facing duties
- Analytical mindset and data driven decision making
- Passionate about data, security, and customer service
- Hands-on experience (1+ year) with data analysis of large and complex data sets (data manipulation, statistical analysis, conclusions, etc.)
- Knowledge of web architecture and protocols (CDN, HTML, DOM, JS, HTTP, HTTPS, IPv4/v6, etc.)
- Understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape
- SQL Proficiency

What the job involves
- You will be a part of the HUMAN front line in our commitment to protecting companies (and in turn, their customers) from both revenue and reputation risk caused by digital attacks
- You’ll be joining us at an exciting moment in the HUMAN story: we joined forces with PerimeterX in a market-changing merger, as well as recently acquired clean.io to enhance the Human Defense Platform

- As part of our leading team fighting off cybercriminals, you’ll be working side by side with customers, analyzing their traffic, and cleaning up the internet from bad bots
- This position is based out of HUMAN's offices in Miami, FL and requires the following schedule in support of a 24/7 customer delivery operation --
- This position requires a commitment to be actively engaged on-screen for 6 hours, three days per week
- One night shift per week will be scheduled, with specific timing determined upon hire or based on team needs
- Two weekend shifts per month are required, with scheduling coordinated based on team and project needs
- Outside of these core commitments, the remaining hours are flexible, allowing you to structure your time as long as project goals are met
- Analyze customers’ traffic to identify undetected threats and false detections using mostly ElasticSearch and BigQuery (SQL)
- Support customers (Tier 2) in real-time and provide professional technical responses
- Work side by side with customers providing insightful incident reports
- Communicate with global customers and provide quick responses and resolutions
- Work cross-functionally with RnD and Research teams to optimize HUMAN Security’s ability to detect and mitigate real-time Cyber Attacks
- Design, plan and implement projects and automation for internal use
- Hold shifts as part of the job (including weekend shifts)

It has continued to bolster its position by merging with web app safeguarding business PerimeterX, as well as acquiring anti-malvertising leader clean.io. In 2024 it announced a string of new leadership hires amidst accelerated investment in the public sector.
