Who you are

You’ll play a key part in supporting our customers and you’ll be joining us at a pivotal and exciting stage in our journey
We’re looking for someone who’s excited to join a fast-moving team, support our clients, and help us scale across the UK, US, and beyond. You might not tick every box, but if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you
Team player, able to contribute to, and benefit from, the energy and enthusiasm of our existing Customer Success team
Has experience in a customer success or support role, ideally in a startup, SaaS, or tech environment
Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to take ownership and work closely with the team to achieve shared goals.
Comfortable owning and managing customer relationships via Intercom or similar platforms, and thrives on delivering quick, clear, and helpful responses
Thrives in a start-up environment, with a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to rapid changes.
Analytical mindset, comfortable developing and analysing customer experience metrics and leveraging insights.

What the job involves

Own client relationships: Manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering proactive Onboarding experiences. Preparing and refining training materials to help clients confidently navigate the Knowa platform.
Provide customer support: Respond to platform-related questions and issues, ensuring timely and helpful support for users.
Contribute to our Help Center content: Create new educational materials and keep existing ones up-to-date to reflect product changes and best practices.
Contribute to Process Improvement: You'll identify opportunities to enhance our customer management and support workflows, including exploring automation
Drive internal improvements: Support the evolution of customer success operations, helping us scale and systematise our processes

After you will meet the team: A 1.5-hour introductory meeting at our Oxford Circus office to answer your initial questions, discuss the role and gauge your problem solving abilities with a short 30 minute challenge
The last step is to meet the co-founders: A follow-up meeting to answer any further questions you have and to meet with the co-founders
