Who you are

  • If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong track record in driving customer growth, and have a genuine interest in the world of luxury travel, this is a unique chance to make your mark
  • Ideally you have at least 2 years of marketing experience, (luxury or travel industry experience is desirable but not necessary)
  • You have experience with stakeholder management and collaborating in a cross functional organization, ideally between global and local marketing teams
  • You have good project management skills, are well organized and able to manage multiple projects at any one time
  • You have experience with developing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google
  • You have experience working with CRM teams to deliver effective email marketing campaigns that drive retention
  • You have the ability to execute on-the-ground marketing initiatives and events engaging directly with guests
  • You are highly organized, maintain strong organization and documentation, ensure adherence to best practices and can manage housekeeping tasks for marketing processes
  • You have strong communication skills and are a natural collaborator

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a talented Junior Marketing Manager to join our Miami team
  • Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition in one of Blacklane’s most critical markets
  • This hands-on role spans a variety of digital channels—including Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, and CRM—where you’ll create and execute campaigns to engage and acquire luxury travelers, ensuring that our premium service offerings stand out in a competitive luxury transportation landscape
  • In addition to digital marketing initiatives, you will actively support and assist in field marketing activations that engage potential customers at key events and locations
  • This includes planning and executing marketing activations that foster brand awareness, drive app downloads, and create a memorable brand experience for high-end clientele
  • With a newly formed, localized team in Miami, we’re poised to supercharge growth in 2025—and we need a self-driven and resourceful Junior Marketing Manager to help us deliver on this ambition
  • As Junior Marketing Manager, you’ll support the Senior Marketing Manager in driving customer growth predominantly across digital channels and field event activations
  • Digital Marketing: Assist with all aspects of digital marketing, including paid social, UGC content, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Content Development: Plan, develop and manage the production of visual assets in collaboration with our in-house creative team and UGC creators
  • Paid Social: Work with our performance marketing team to develop paid social campaigns to drive acquisition across Miami
  • Influencer Marketing: Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives with external agencies, from talent selection and creative briefing to campaign delivery
  • Social Media: Work with our social team to integrate Miami-specific content into the global social calendar
  • CRM: Work closely with our CRM team to brief ad hoc campaigns to activate, engage and reactivate customers in Miami
  • Brand Partnerships: Support with the delivery of brand partnerships, assisting with partner communication, delivering assets and amplifying activity on our socials
  • Field Marketing Activation: Represent Blacklane at high-profile events and assist with brand messaging and event execution
  • Campaign Reporting: Track performance metrics and compile data-driven analysis and campaign performance reports to inform future strategies

Our take

Business transport for frequent travellers can be a difficult process. The pain of booking systems, invoicing, and inconsistent quality of services are issues travellers regularly face, hindering business operations and causing unnecessary delays. Chauffeurs also experience empty cars due to non-optimised booking processes.

Blacklane aims at the higher end of the market, targeting corporate workers, executives and those who have the means to pay extra for higher levels of service when they travel. Through a booking system available on the company's website and in-app, Blacklane provides a reliable high-end service with inclusive pricing and on-call customer support. Blacklane also works for chauffeurs, filling empty seats to optimise services.

The company is also environmentally conscious, operating as a carbon-neutral company since 2017. The company offers electric vehicle rides in more than 30 of its 300 operational cities, and by 2025, aims for 75 percent of all rides to be in EVs. With substantial funding from Mercedes Benz in 2022, it seems set to meet these objectives.
