Outbound Marketing Engineer, Middesk

• 2–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, or outbound strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Strong understanding of outbound systems, personalization mechanics, or SDR workflows
• Builder mentality, you create infrastructure and processes, not just execute tasks
• Highly resourceful and execution-oriented, comfortable moving before everything is defined
• Strong communication and messaging instincts
• Excited by tooling, automation, and modern approaches to GTM
