- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills (you’ll be juggling multiple tasks and content formats)

- Confidence using tools like Canva/Figma/Google Docs/Slides, or willingness to learn quickly
- A creative mindset and interest in learning how to make content perform across different channels

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and organised Marketing Intern to support our Marketing team with content creation and campaign delivery across multiple channels
- This is a hands-on role where you’ll help us create new and repurpose existing content into engaging formats (especially video and social content), support webinar marketing, keep our website and channels consistent and up to date, and work on valuable teacher resources like lead magnets
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build real experience across content, social, video, and campaign delivery in a fast-moving EdTech company
- Support the marketing team to create and repurpose content across key channels, including YouTube, webinars, email and social media
- Create and edit short-form marketing assets (video clips, carousels, images and supporting visuals) to help content perform across platforms
- Support the delivery of our YouTube and webinar content, including uploading, formatting, creating thumbnails, maintaining content logs, and updating webinar landing pages and decks
- Create and update branded marketing assets in Figma, including visuals for email campaigns and other marketing channels
- Help maintain and update downloadable teacher resources and lead magnets, ensuring they are accurate, well-designed and ready to publish
- Support general marketing coordination, including website management, content scheduling, campaign support, research, and basic performance reporting
- We expect the initial contract duration to be 6 months, with the view to a permanent role
- Training provided - this consists of an initial training period followed by ongoing professional development throughout the internship
- Hands-on experience across content marketing, video, webinars, and social media

Our take
Third Space Learning (TSL) was founded with the goal to work in partnership with schools and make the personalised one-to-one maths tuition accessible to vulnerable and less advantaged children. To date nearly 150,000 pupils have been taught through TSL.
Based in London, Third Space Learning works across England, as well as in emerging markets, India and Sri Lanka - all united by the shared effort to close the maths attainment gap. The company was criticised for employing under-18s at a low rate, but has now suspended the use of anyone under 18 as tutors within the programme.
As well as securing further partnerships to refine its product offerings, the company continues to invest Series A funding into expanding its market position in the UK and starting to penetrate international markets including the US.
