• You are comfortable taking ownership of complex systems and leading projects from concept through production
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend focus using modern frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Python)
• Experience with a relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems with high reliability and data integrity requirements
