Role
Who you are
- 4+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, Clevertap, OneSignal, Dengage, or similar
- Channel Expertise: Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple CRM channels with a strong grasp of audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign planning
- Technical Skills: Understanding of CRM data structures and integration points, QA and troubleshooting of targeting logic
- Basic knowledge of SQL and HTML
- Analytical Thinking: Skilled at interpreting data and applying insights to improve engagement and performance
- Communication: Strong English written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail in campaign execution
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaboration and enjoys turning ideas into measurable results
Desirable
- Experience working in startups or tech-driven environments
- Exposure to international or multi-market audiences
- Hands-on experience with Dengage
What the job involves
- As CRM Campaign & Lifecycle Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing customer lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention, and long-term value
- Develop and run targeted CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channel, tailored to user personas, behaviors, and in-app activity
- Design and implement lifecycle journeys for key stages such as onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation, ensuring each step feels relevant and personal
- Build and manage campaign calendars and journey maps, overseeing the full delivery process of CRM communications
- Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and use insights to continuously refine campaign performance
- Monitor campaign metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention KPIs to evaluate success and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Use data and analytics to understand customer behavior, improve segmentation, and strengthen overall campaign impact through data-driven decisions
- Work closely with data, creative, and product teams to translate insights into meaningful, actionable communications
- Your mission is to make every interaction with Roamless more valuable enhancing how we engage with our customers and maximizing their lifetime experience with our brand
Our take
For modern travellers, staying connected while abroad is crucial, but roaming charges can make this a costly venture. To combat this, Roamless is building the world's first global travel connectivity app - to make keeping in touch while travelling easier.
While there are some alternatives to roaming, Roamless recognises that these are often cumbersome to use. For example, eSim services may provide country-specific sims that are inconvenient for those visiting multiple countries. This is why the company prioritises ease-of-use, collecting everything in one place so that travellers only need the Roamless app to stay connected - no matter where they go.
Having secured strong funding, Roamless is looking to expand network coverage, scale its go-to-market and customer support efforts, and enhance its partnerships. Its ultimate aim is to become what it calls the world’s first "truly global mobile operator", an interesting proposition that we will enjoy watching take shape.
