What the job involves
- EMJ is looking for a driven and ambitious individual eager to kickstart their recruitment career
- As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll develop creative sourcing skills, secure top talent, and enjoy clear opportunities for growth and progression
- Source Top Talent: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to find and engage candidates for our open roles
- Craft Engaging Outreach Messages: Write personalised and compelling messages to connect with candidates and encourage responses
- Build Candidate Pipelines: Proactively maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters and ensure a smooth process
- Collaborate with Recruiters: Partner closely with the recruiter(s) to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Maintain Accurate Data: Keep records up to date in our ATS and assist in tracking recruitment metrics
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
