Role
Who you are
- An experienced growth leader with a background in high-growth startups; Y Combinator or Reforge experience is a strong plus
- Previously a founder or held an equivalent leadership role in a fast-scaling environment
- Experienced in building and managing growth or marketing teams (at least 4+ reports)
- Skilled in designing and executing growth experiments, building brand strategy, and developing effective paid acquisition initiatives
- Comfortable with technical concepts and highly analytical, with a strong command of B2B SaaS metrics and growth frameworks
- Proven at driving top-of-funnel growth and owning the full customer acquisition journey from awareness to sales handoff
- Entrepreneurial, decisive, and motivated by scaling a venture-backed business with ambitious growth goals
What the job involves
- You’ll join our Growth organization as a senior leader reporting to our CEO. You’ll own the top-of-funnel engine for V7, driving the strategy and execution that fuels our revenue trajectory
- You'll shape how V7 is positioned in the market, how new customers discover us, and how we scale from awareness to qualified demand across healthcare, life sciences, and other data-intensive industries. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and operations to build a repeatable growth engine and drive the initiatives that move V7 toward 10x revenue growth
- Owning pipeline growth and orchestrating every top-of-funnel moment—from first impression of V7 through qualified demo handoff to sales
- Designing, running, and scaling growth experiments across paid advertising, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and emerging channels
- Developing and refining V7’s brand positioning and market strategy to establish authority in AI data labeling, especially within healthcare and life sciences
- Leading and mentoring a growing marketing and growth team: setting strategy, managing budgets, and driving accountability to growth metrics
- Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations to ensure full-funnel alignment and high-quality handoffs
- Driving strategic initiatives and partnerships that accelerate V7’s expansion and lay the foundation for 10x+ revenue growth over the next 12 months
Our take
AI is currently utilised across multiple industries, requiring companies to continuously collect, organise, and label image data so that AI models can adapt to new scenarios. However, the responses they get from AI can easily fall into the simple back-and-forth of chatbots. V7 is changing this through developing AI agents that simulate how humans reason through problems, reducing errors, increasing reliability, and linking the outcome back to its original data source. All of this amounts to vision-based AI models that learn continuously and with minimal human supervision.
V7's Go platform can ingest documents, images and text and boil them down to AI-solvable steps. Alongside automating mundane tasks, the Go platform has a user interface that supports customised workflows - all with no code required. The company says that using only 100 human-annotated examples in its toolkit, it can label the rest of the training data autonomously. Although it found its first customers in medicine and health sciences, its product is being picked up by everyone from tech companies to asset managers and law firms.
With the launch of V7 Go, the company is taking a bold leap into business automation, making powerful AI easy for everyday users. Backed by big-name customers, strong accuracy results, and 2022's Series A investment round, V7 is very much ready to become a major player in the future of work.
