Epic Games is looking to hire a Fixed Term Contract Recruiter to help support our growing games teams
We are at a very exciting place currently with the Fortnite Ecosystem expanding with new game modes and new exciting projects on the horizon
You will be recruiting across various disciplines on multiple Epic Games titles including Fortnite (Battle Royale, UEFN, LEGO Fortnite, Rocket Racing, Fortnite Festival) Fall Guys, Rocket League and more unannounced projects
Building and managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers, prioritizing a positive candidate and hiring
Working in a consultative manner with hiring teams, to ensure they are making the best hiring decisions possible
Managing full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
Working with a sourcer, to enable them to surface the best possible candidates for high priority positions
Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates in technical, creative, and business roles

Epic Games is the creator of Fortnite, Unreal, Gears of War, Shadow Complex, and the Infinity Blade series of games. Epic's Unreal Engine technology brings high-fidelity, interactive experiences to PC, console, mobile, AR, VR and the Web. And its recent announcement - Unreal Engine 5.7 - is set to lay the technical foundations for countless future releases.

Epic Games' model focuses on two key areas: creating games and offering its game engine technology to other developers. Doing this means that Epic's brand stretches beyond their own direct creations. The company has been able to put its name to some of the most iconic games of the last 20 years. Its most recent success is undoubtedly the creation of Fortnite, which has gained hundreds of millions of users since its launch in 2017.
