What the job involves
- Empower is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand and Product Marketing to grow our brand
- This individual will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact brand and product marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications to improve awareness and affinity, differentiate us from the competition, and generate word of mouth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and short-term/long-term business goals
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that effectively communicate and distinguish the positioning and value proposition of our cash and credit products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market campaigns
- Oversee implementation and refinement of our brand voice and partner with the design team to activate the brand fully in market, ensuring consistency and breakthrough
- Nurture and maintain editorial relationships to amplify the brand and position our products advantageously with target audiences and influencers
- Set and actively track performance against KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and product marketing initiatives

But you have to have credit to build credit, leaving a lot of people in a catch-22 situation. Tilt (formerly Empower Financial) is a mobile-only app that makes credit more inclusive and accessible, helping customers achieve their credit health goals regardless of their credit history (or lack thereof).
