Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in a field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of tools like SQL is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Interest in fraud prevention, compliance, or process optimization
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented university student to join our Quality, Compliance & Fraud (QC&F) team as an intern
- We are looking for a Special Mission Intern, passionate about the restaurant industry, to join our team based in Barcelona
- Under the direction of the Special Mission Team Leader, you will:
- Upload and maintain menus on our online platform
- Assist with manual tasks that require attention to detail and consistency
- Collaborate with other team members to identify emerging trends or issues related to review & photo moderation and provide suggestions for improvement
- Communicate with users regarding moderation decisions and provide feedback on how to improve their content if necessary
- Keep up-to-date with changes in community guidelines, policies, and regulations related to photo moderation
