- SaaS Savvy: You'll have a proven track record (1-2 years) in a B2B SaaS environment - Working student experience welcome!

What the job involves
- Be the Voice of the Customer: You'll be the bridge between our customers and our product, gathering insights from customer interactions, sales feedback, partners, and customer success to improve our services continuously
- Content is King: You'll own the development and execution of compelling content that drives our marketing and sales funnels. This includes creating engaging materials such as website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, sales presentations, and more
- Help Drive Customer Engagement: You'll play a key role in developing compelling case studies and testimonials that showcase the value of our products. You'll also support customer communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints to drive customer interaction and build a thriving community
- Help our Sales Team: You'll help enable our sales team with the knowledge and tools to communicate our product's value proposition effectively. This involves creating sales enablement materials, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support
- Support local GTM Execution: Collaborate with product management and commercial teams to develop and execute local go-to-market materials for new product launches and features
- Champion our Products: Help translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and customer-friendly language that resonates with our target audience in all your content

- Become a Product Expert: Deep dive into our products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Build Your Network: Connect with key stakeholders across the organisation, including product management, sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering
- Know Your Audience: Conduct thorough customer and competitor research to gain a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and preferences
- Make Your Mark: Develop and launch your first impactful content piece, showcasing your skills and contributing to our marketing strategy

With hundreds of customers across a wide array of industries, Eye Security’s proposition is a subscription model, making it more manageable for small businesses. Beyond its flagship cyber security and insurtech solution, the company also offers more tailored packages and industry-specific solutions, further widening its appeal.
It is this suitability for many industries that makes Eye Security stand out, and it has attracted substantial investment from the likes of JP Morgan. Interestingly, this will be used to consolidate its presence in European markets, rather than expanding into the likes of North America - where it would likely meet fierce competition from native companies.
