Who you are

Excellent back-end programming skills with 6+ years of experience
Experience with Python is mandatory
A good understanding of the basics of algorithms and databases
Experience writing production-grade systems in Python
Experience with microservice architecture and highly distributed systems
Write readable, maintainable, and testable code
Experience with any cloud infrastructure provider (AWS, GCP, etc.)
The willingness to learn and evolve

Desirable

Experience with Payment Services Providers
Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks associated (Bootstrap, JQuery, Vue.js, …)
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform
Startup/scaleup/tech/app environment is a plus

What the job involves

We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer (Python) who will play a key role in the development of Blitz, our real-money gaming platform
Design and implement services that plug and play with the existing microservice ecosystem
Contribute to choice of the technology stack and observe best practices for reliability and availability
Explore and solve open-ended problems that span across the back-end and infrastructure
