Who you are

1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar (hunter) outbound commercial role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

What the job involves

As an SDR for Astute Payroll by Deel, you'll play a pivotal role in breaking into a brand new market
You will be focused on building relationships with multiple contacts across various levels of our target customers within the staffing and temporary recruitment industry in the UK
Your contributions will significantly impact our bottom line, making this one of the most vital roles in our company
Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with the broader sales and leadership team, conducting market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualifying these leads by understanding their current technology stack and future projects
Drive growth for Astute Payroll through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating opportunities with net-new accounts through targeted outreach
Learn from our experienced sales team and assist in developing the sector's knowledge of our world-class staffing solutions
Educate and nurture leads through inbound and outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and various campaigns
Develop a deep understanding of lead generation processes, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and facilitating the handoff to an Account Executive
Create email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts effectively
Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully set
