Role
Who you are
- Revenue and data-driven, with a passion for multi-channel marketing
- Experience with SEO is preferred
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record in a previous digital marketing function; we would love to see examples of campaigns/collateral that you have created or contributed to and insight into their performance
- Experience in a similar role within a tech business/ B2B is preferred
- Proficient in content writing
- Experience with analytics tools is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, project management skills, planning, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some experience in data management; able to (or willing to learn how to) conduct and analyse market data and research
- Creative with an analytical mindset. Adaptable, and a self-starter with a can-do attitude
Desirable
- Experience with HubSpot, WhatsApp Business and Social Media Ads (Meta) is a plus. (Not familiar with any of these? Don’t worry – we can provide training... …. you just need a willingness to learn!)
What the job involves
- Reporting into our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day execution of lead generation marketing campaigns & activities, developing online content, monitoring, and tracking campaign progress and managing our live online events (webinars)
- Execute digital campaigns from inception to completion, monitoring performance metrics and applying insights for continuous campaign optimisation
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies; utilising data to drive performance and support new business acquisition, as well as delivering insightful campaign reports
- Work with our in-house designer and/or external agencies to create, optimise, and publish content such as videos, case studies, and educational guides to drive new members to the platform
- Manage and deliver online webinars, collecting attendee information and reporting on new sales
- Drive some of our ongoing initiatives and campaigns, such as our Referral Scheme, bringing in new revenue and working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams
- Create and deliver marketing emails and other comms via multiple channels using our HubSpot CRM
- Drive SEO performance and increase traffic on the brand websites

Considering that TEG counts The Royal Mail, City Sprint and Gefco amongst its 8,000-plus customers, as well as the likely increase in demand for digital solutions in a challenging industry, the next few years could prove very fruitful.
