Who you are
- Excellent, highly creative communication and critical thinking skills
- 2+ years of professional writing experience. UX writing or marketing/advertising copywriting is preferred
- At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually, and collaborating across teams
What the job involves
- Plan and write content for web and mobile (interaction flows, landing pages, website content, emails, product messaging – anything involving words)
- Collaborate with other Product teams to align on strategy and objectives. Taking that input, you will create clear and concise copy that resonates with users
- Share your work and thinking with teammates, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Work closely with design partners to influence page layout, interactions, and visual design
- Leverage data and research to evaluate your content’s impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows real business results
- Maintain Honey’s content standards, including voice and tone
- This role as Product Copywriter, it’s also been called UX Writer, Content Designer, and other variations
- Your first and foremost role will be writing
- You also understand that the best output comes from the best input
- You have an eagerness to learn about the products, all of the teams involved, the company values and mission, and how all of those factors shape the brand and every word we write
- You’ll create compelling narratives around our products. Our team simplifies the complex, adds excitement and charm, and always puts the user first
- You’ll create and write content that gets the world excited about using our shopping tools to save time and money. Together, we can make money more fair for all
