Account Manager, Patchwork

• NHS Experience in Temporary Staffing, Rostering, Transactional services
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or equivalent role
• Strong PMO skills
• BSc/BA in Business or similar field
• Aptitude with data interpretation
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Client-oriented attitude and approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Sharp business acumen
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs

• We are looking for a Key Account Manager to maximise client happiness and nurture long-term and positive relationships with clients & stakeholders throughout their journey of engaging with Patchwork. You will be the assigned clients’ first point of contact, ensuring that our clients' experiences with Patchwork are outstanding
• Building long-term partnership working with clients and stakeholders as their primary point of contact
• Assisting clients with using our solutions, ensuring that clients implement services and plan projects effectively
• Helping solve client problems and supporting contractual aspects and queries
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Communicate and advise clients about their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the utilisation of Patchwork solutions, communicate recommendations to improve outcomes and system and service improvements
• Regularly engage with clients reviewing their maturity of using Patchwork solutions, through a maturity matrix and similar tools
• Create plans to address clients’ needs
• Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure that client happiness is maximised
• Support clients in referring Patchwork to external stakeholders
• Support clients in adopting new technology, solutions or services from Patchwork and assist the Business Development team where necessary
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Business Development, Implementation & Operations, Engineers, Communication & Marketing, Management Team) to address clients’ needs
• Ensuring contracts are carried out according to agreed terms
• Address client issues with agility and efficiency
