• Process-driven and highly organised — You view optimising the outreach process as honing your craft, rather than a chore. Keeping the house in order - email inboxes/CRMs tidy and up to date - comes naturally, and it won’t take you long to identify a step of the process that could be systematically improved or bypassed entirely
• Laser focussed — You’ve got the ability to lock in for a few hours and just churn through an outbound motion in order to drive quick results on a new test or process. Effortless time management will keep you zeroed in on the most important and high-leverage task in each moment
• Detail oriented — You’ll be many people’s first touchpoint with Loxo, so you’ll have a keen eye for detail and be empathetic to the perspective of the individual your reaching out to
• Digital ninja — Speed is of the essence, so you’ll be in your element whizzing around Chrome, Linkedin and Gmail at a million miles an hour
• Ownership mentality — Proactive and able to take full responsibility for a workflow, from inception through to execution, measuring results, refining the process, and going again

• Hitting and exceeding targets — Your job is to generate new business and new user interest. We will specify clear targets on inputs (e.g. number of new opportunities identified and contacted) and outputs: qualified meetings generated each week. You’re the kind of person to get competitive with yourself
• Adapting the process — Re-write the playbook, and then re-write it again the next week… without getting frustrated! Constant iteration in response to the messaging, formats and platforms that are working best - you’re always learning and curious about what to test next
• Perseverance and grit — Just. Keep. Going. Which should be doable… we’re seeing much higher than industry-average response rates so far (probably because the value prop is so clear to the right user)!
• Deep product expertise — You’ll become a power-user and proactively share constructive feedback to drive novel product development. And when someone asks what we do, you’ve got the details to a tee and can describe more clearly than anyone else
• Hungry for more — Reliably hitting target will result in speedy role progression. We’re a young team all striving for speedy progress. You should be too, and success in this role will open up opportunities you may want to pursue: later stage sales + closing, customer success, marketing… you name it
