Who you are

A first experience in Marketing/ Growth / Lead Gen with a proven track record (1 to 3 years) managing complex cross functional projects
You love to test new tools all the time to scale your acquisition
You are very analytical, curious & have a go-getter attitude
You love to automate, but you also know when to do things that don’t scale
You have a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Desirable

Experience with SEO Offsite strategies and tools (Screaming Frog, Ahref) is a strong plus
Experience with data & automation tools and languages (SQL, Python)

What the job involves

Build, launch and scale link acquisition strategy, with focus on existing opportunities with B2B partners
Collaborate with product teams to build technical solutions for link building, to automate and scale our linking capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with our Growth and Sales teams to support lead generation efforts (inbound, outbound, referral, partnerships, ...)
Collaborate with PR and brand teams to ensure maximum off-page coverage, train external teams to SEO off-site best practices, and offer expert support
Coordinate local efforts and set targets for local link building in all of our markets
Maintain active and regular monitoring of competitors link building efforts
Analyze data to prove ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success
