What the job involves
- Join a high-impact sales leadership team at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation as our Director, Regional Sales
- In this role, you’ll lead a team of Account Directors responsible for both expanding existing enterprise relationships and winning new business
- You’ll drive execution across the full sales cycle and play a key role in accelerating our path to $1B+ in revenue
- This fast-paced, results-driven team is composed of experienced, consultative sellers
- You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product—and gain visibility with senior leadership as you shape our regional go-to-market strategy
- Lead and coach a team of Account Directors selling into enterprise and strategic accounts
- Drive both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers
- Build a culture of consultative selling using frameworks like MEDDIC and value-based selling
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and customer success
- Own regional sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health
- Collaborate with channel partners to extend market reach and drive growth

Originally funded by In-Q-Tel and Google, its clients include private contractors for the US Intelligence Community, and it has produced influential reports on major cybersecurity issues.
Continuing to expand its capabilities by adding identity intelligence, attack surface intelligence, and card fraud intelligence, it partners with companies like Microsoft to research new cyber threats. Recorded Future was acquired by Mastercard in 2025 for a staggering $2.7B, where it will integrate its AI-powered threat intelligence with the payments company's cybersecurity services. This has opened up an even wider customer base for Recorded Future as the world of digital payment solutions becomes increasingly vulnerable to advanced cyber threats.
