To build mobility for a billion people.
Ola is India’s largest mobility platform and one of the world’s largest ride-hailing companies, serving 250+ cities.
The Softbank backed firm has attempted an aggressive marketing strategy in the UK since it opened operations here in 2019.
The ride-hailing market is crowded, but Ola believes it can compete on affordability and user experience. For instance, unlike Uber, it will offer a choice of a private hire vehicle or black taxi in London.
Ola has faced similar controversies to other ride-hailing platforms centring on user-safety and worker rights for its drivers.
